The member list is the focus
The member list is the first thing you see after login. The most common thing to do is find a member. Just type any part of a name in the search box and click Search. Name searches are quick and simple, but Club2ic also lets you easily do advanced searches:
- search for all those unpaid members
- find who belongs to that bounced email address
- search for everyone who does not have an email address
- find who owns that lost key
- list all committee members
- find that member who resigned last year but wants to rejoin
- the possibilities are endless...
After a Search, you can instantly email or print the resultant member list. Or simply clicking on a name in the list displays the member's profile, including:
- address, phones, emails
- membership status - current, pending or past
- fees status (paid, part paid, unpaid, honorary) and expiry date
- family members
- group membership (e.g. committees, teams)
- privacy options
- club specific data (variables defined by the club)
Depending on Authority levels you can edit the member's data, send an email, capture fees, views fees history, or update member groups.
